Join us for a free, online session designed for yoga instructors and school teachers interested in bringing yoga, breathwork, and meditation into school settings. The presenters will also guide us through young-person—friendly breathing exercises, kriyas, and meditations and provide guidance on setting up classes in schools.

  • Donna Shenton, trauma-informed youth specialist from the United Kingdom
